1. About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed with New Parvati Graphics, Shop No. 34, Prakash Asian Mall, Fort Road, Kalaburagi, Karnataka 585101, and to the use of this website. By placing an order or using the website you agree to them. Anything we agree with you in writing for a particular order (on the quotation or invoice, or in a message) takes priority over these general terms.

2. This website

• The website describes our services and helps you prepare an enquiry. It does not take orders or payments. An enquiry sent through it is a request for a quotation, not a confirmed order.
• Photographs show past work. Colours on screen vary between devices, so they are a guide, not an exact match.
• The text, design and logo of this website belong to New Parvati Graphics. Please do not copy them without permission.
• Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and JustDial lead to services we do not control. Their own terms apply there.

3. Quotations and orders

• Prices depend on size, material, quantity, finishing and artwork, so every job is quoted separately. Quotations are in Indian rupees, with taxes shown as applicable.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Material prices change, so a quote may need to be revised after that.
• An order is confirmed once you approve the final specifications and the quotation, and pay any advance we ask for.

4. Artwork and content

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, photograph, design, name and text you give us to print, and that printing it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights (including trademarks, copyright and privacy).
• We may refuse to print anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or likely to cause offence or harm.
• Design work we prepare for your order is for your use on that order. Editable source files are not included unless we agree otherwise.
• Low-resolution images can print blurred. We will tell you if we notice this, but the final quality depends on the files supplied.

5. Proofs and approval

• Before printing, we share a proof or the final specifications. Please check spelling, names, numbers, dates, sizes and layout carefully.
• Once you approve, we print exactly what was approved. Mistakes in an approved proof are not our responsibility, and changes after approval may cost extra and take more time.
• Printed colours can differ slightly from screens and from earlier print runs, and finished sizes can vary slightly from the stated size. These small variations are a normal part of printing.

6. Payment

• Payment terms, including any advance, are stated on the quotation. The balance is due on collection or delivery unless agreed otherwise.
• We may hold an order until it is paid for in full.

7. Timelines, collection and delivery

• We give an expected ready date when the order is confirmed. It is an estimate: it depends on prompt approval, payment and the availability of materials.
• Orders are collected from the shop unless delivery or installation is agreed. Any delivery or installation charge is quoted separately.
• Please collect finished orders promptly. We are not responsible for orders left uncollected for a long time.

8. Defects, returns and cancellations

• Please check your order when you collect it, and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
• If an item has a printing or manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved proof, we will reprint or repair it, or refund the price of the affected item.
• Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
• You can cancel before printing starts. Design work already done and materials already bought or cut may be charged for.
• Fragile items such as acrylic, glass and murtis are checked with you at handover. We cannot accept claims for breakage after that.

9. Photographs of your order

We sometimes photograph finished work for our website and social media. If you would rather we did not show your order, tell us and we will not use it, or remove it if it is already shown.

10. Our responsibility

We do our work with reasonable care and skill. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a problem comes up, please talk to us first and we will try to put it right. Any dispute that cannot be settled will be subject to the courts at Kalaburagi, Karnataka.
