In short: this website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers, and it does not store anything you type. The quote form only writes a WhatsApp message on your own device. We receive your details only when you choose to send that message, call us, email us or visit the shop, and we use them only to answer you and complete your order.
1. Who we are
New Parvati Graphics (“we”, “us”) is a printing shop at Shop No. 34, Prakash Asian Mall, Fort Road, Kalaburagi, Karnataka 585101. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
You can reach us at parvatigraphic@gmail.com or +91 99452 79556.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Enquiries: your name, phone number, and the details of the print you want (type, size, quantity, material and description), when you send them to us on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or at the counter.
- Order material: artwork, logos, photographs, names and text you give us to print. These may include personal data about you or others, such as a photo on an acrylic frame or names on a memento.
- Billing: the details needed for an invoice, such as your name, phone number and, for businesses, a GSTIN.
The quote form on this website runs entirely in your browser. When you press “Review my enquiry”, it builds a message on your screen. Nothing is sent to us or saved by the website. We only receive the message if you open WhatsApp and press send there.
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit) in server logs, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify you.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To design, print, deliver or hand over your order, and to contact you about it.
- To issue invoices and keep the accounts and tax records the law requires.
- To deal with questions or complaints about an order.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not add you to marketing messages unless you ask us to.
4. Consent and withdrawal
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send us an enquiry or place an order, and for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act allows, such as meeting legal obligations (for example, keeping tax records).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by messaging or emailing us. It is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. After you withdraw, we will stop using your data and delete it, except for anything the law requires us to keep. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew, and if an order is in progress we may not be able to finish it.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only when it is needed to serve you:
- Communication services you choose to contact us through, such as WhatsApp (Meta), your phone network and email providers. Their own privacy policies apply to what they handle.
- Delivery partners, if you ask us to deliver an order: only your name, phone number and address.
- Our website host, which serves this site and keeps the technical logs described above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, such as tax authorities or a lawful order from a court or government agency.
6. How long we keep it
| Enquiries that do not become an order | Deleted within 6 months of our last conversation. |
|---|---|
| Artwork, photos and print files | Kept for up to 1 year after the order so we can reprint it, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. |
| Invoices and accounts | Kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years). |
| Website server logs | Kept by the hosting provider for a short period, as set by its own retention policy. |
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. That is why you do not see a cookie banner. If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and JustDial take you to those services, which have their own cookie and privacy policies.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and the names of anyone we have shared it with.
- Correct, complete or update your personal data.
- Erase your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent at any time (see section 4).
- Grievance redressal: complain to us and get an answer (see section 11).
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
To use any of these rights, message or email us from the phone number or email you used with us, so we can confirm it is you.
9. Children
Our services are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you. When a parent or guardian gives us a child’s photo or name to print (for example, on a frame or keychain), we use it only for that order.
10. Security
We take reasonable care to protect personal data: order files are kept on devices that only the shop can use, we limit who can see them, and we delete what we no longer need. This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.
